What is chalazion surgery like?

The surgery wasn't bad, they put me to sleep, they healed within a week or two, I had huge ones on both of my eyes and i had to wait 6 months for surgery. I think it was covered by blue cross. I did work! But I had to walk around for another week with one scabby eye and the other one was ok. After surgery you get cream that you have to put on them, and you also have to wear this in public too but it just looks like shiny its not that bad. Although there are chances of them coming back :( and to day if i were to pull down my eyelids i have 1 tiny hole in each eye where they drained it, but its like inside your eye.
