You can refuse to sign, hold it up in court or just simple refuse to see or speak to her. Get through the foreclosure as fast as possible. I think it could certainly be argued that to pay her, you would have needed to tap in to the home's equity, which I ume it has none of. You paid the mortgage until the home foreclosed, so what does she think she deserves? You're lucky you didn't pay her.
