Is my dog ok? is this norma for after deing a dog?

today my 7 yr old female dog got deed (we had to get her done as she was a RSPCA dog and it is their absolute standard.) we were minding her for the RSPCA but decided to buy her so she had to be deed. The vet seemed to thinks she was still on heat although i reckon she ended a week ago. she came home about 5 hours ago after being in the vets allday but she seems very drowsy to the point of she doesnt seem to be able to wake up whn i go into her or pat her. you can see her try but she just cant. she doesnt seem to be able to do anything but lay there with involluntary eye movements and seems to have no control over her legs or anything. is this normal for after such major surgery or is something wrong?
