Is there a way to get you scammed gp back on Runescape?

Unfortunately, I was very gullible and got scammed 20m from a very successful scammer named walnitsua on runescape and right after I lost all my money I reported him 5 2-4 minutes after. Will I get my money(gp) back on runescape? Is there anything else I could do to appeal to this?
