OK, Soo... WTF just happened in The Godfather Part II..?

Nothing much happened, a thoroughly overrated movie. A case of "The Emperor's new clothes", where something is so popular or powerful culturally no-one dares says a word against it, lest they be ridiculed. And it was too fkking long.
