I would like to suggest that you perhaps find ways to ist this family by means of some type of fund raiser. You could possibly do a community yard sale, something through churches, like a bake sale or rummage sale in which the proceeds can go to the family. I see on the news a lot of times where they take up collections at banks for people to donate funds for families. These are just a few suggestions. Of course it never hurts to ask people.
