Can anyone recommend a broom for pet hair?

We have two dogs and they shed quite a lot of hair, despite sweeping our laminate floor daily, I can never get it up. Can anyone recommend a broom that actually picks the hair up instead of just pushing it round the floor?!! Thank you for your help
