Reported and reinstated. Can anyone tell me why this is deemed by some to be offensive?

It was probably considered "chatting" or something ridiculous like that. I have had some of the most innocent answers (and even some questions) reported. Congrats on the reinstatement. I've heard that's virtually impossible to achieve.
