Dreamed that a friend told me I would be dead.?

Okay, so this is frightening. I saw a friend in my dream, who is a good friend of mine, but we conatct each other occasionally. In my dream, she told me that "God is calling you, You would be dead"...and i woke up, it was 4:00 am, i think. I developed a fever in the night, which got over by morning, though i still have sore throat and some headache. I had been thinking if my fever was due to some bad disease, and was thinking all the pessimistic things before sleeping..So , what does it mean..?
