Dentist Advice. Please Help.?

The other day during physical education I accidently got hit around the mouth with a tennis racket. But it was at full blast and gave me a nasty bruise. But also an extremely annoying wobbly teeth. The teeth is causing me agony and is quite small but right at the front of my mouth. I know I need to get it sorted so I'm finding a dentist and going for it. But I want to know if any one has an idea what they will do to it. Will they take it out? If so will I get antibiotics to numb the pain? Another thing - I am petrified of dentists and needles. Does anyone have any ideas to what would make me more comfortable being there.? Thanks guys.
