Christians and Jews: What do you think of this verse from the Qur'an?

Even Muhammad admit that salvation can be found from among the Jews and Christians, so if you are a thinking person... think of this: Believe in Jesus Christ, you will be saved. You believe in Muhammad meaning you don't believe Jesus Christ because their teachings are totally contradicting. So if my belief in Jesus is sufficient to save my soul, then what's the need for Muhammad?
